  • Our sweets tend to have a longer shelf life, especially if kept frozen.  They can stay in the freezer for several months, but we recommend you consume within a week if they’re out of the frozen state, since they have no preservatives.  Again, when not consuming, please keep our sweets… especially the chocolate…refrigerated or frozen.
  • Our recipes are treasured family secrets, so sorry…we cannot share ☹
  • We ship nationwide, but are a locally based company, here in the Chicago area. We currently cannot ship outside of the USA.
  • Our sweets are all natural, with no preservatives, that’s why we recommend refrigerating or freezing if not eating right away!
  • Please call to place your corporate orders so we can assist in customizing in the best way.
  • All customized orders are welcome, so please call us to discuss! We are happy to put your logo on a gift label as well.
  • We do offer gluten free, nut free or dairy free products, however our sweets are baked in a facility with gluten, nuts & dairy.
  • We have a variety of options in catering choices, trays and baskets, depending upon budget. Please call us to discuss your catering needs.
  • Our sweets are shipped through the USPS- 2-3 day priority mail. Transit times are estimated and provided by the USPS, and are normally accurate. However, they are not guaranteed by either the USPS or by sweet time, inc. and on rare occasions, transit times may take longer.
  • If you choose priority express overnight mail, please call to discuss shipping terms.
  • All our prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Personal information that you submit on our site is only used by sweet time, inc. and not sold to any outside companies. In order to provide added security, we do not store any credit card information.
